This year we had a record number of applicants for our freshman scholarship. The scholarship committee narrowed it down to 3 finalists. The scholarship was awarded to Rainey Charbonnet, who attends Hutchison School in Memphis. The other finalists were Connor Young of Houston High and Cole Hays from Briarcrest. All of the applicants were very high caliber students and would have been very worthy recipients of our scholarship, but unfortunately, there can only be one winnner. We wish Rainey, Connor, Cole, and all the other applicants much success in their pursuits at LSU. GEAUX TIGERS!!
